  4. Order Processing Time
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped on the following working day.
    • Note: We take extra care to inspect each product before dispatch to ensure quality and defect-free delivery, which may cause slight delays in rare cases.
  5. Delivery Address Rules
    • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
